IOAN
IOAN – born from a Greek sunset
IOAN skincare. This unique name refers to both founders of this new brand, Jani Kazaltzis and Jens Fissers. The full name of Jani is Ioannis in Greek and Jens is the Swedish version of this name. IOAN is inspired by the Greek sunset and the goal is to experience the same sense of warmth and positivity for everyone that comes from its golden hour glow.
Jani and Jens came to us with a clear vision and concept of what the packaging should look like. They wanted a square design made out of glass, preferably with sharp corners. We advised them on the technical possibilities of their wishes. We found three different sizes of square glass bottles and jar with sharp corners and in the end we created a full new product line with them.
This resulted in a launch of three different products: the 15ml Extra Sun – instant tanning drops, the 30ml Golden Hour – complex glow serum and the 50ml Double Up – peeling mask. All three glass items are matched and lacquered in the same color semi-transparent matt orange and the text is printed in silkscreen white. Bothglass dropper bottles 15ml and 30ml have matching have matching white glossy pipettes with a wiper inside the neck and a 20-410 neck finish. For the 50ml jar we have developed a brand new glass outer jar including PP inner jar and closure to complete the product line. This jar is suitable for refill concepts as well.
